Tom has many years of experience in the pool industry and his knowledge and expertise are a wonderful resource for customers of The Pool Factory. Tom works with prospective customers interested in above ground/semi in-ground pools. Tom orchestrates all aspects of above ground pool sales and scheduling of delivery and will work with customers afterwards in the care and maintenance of their pool.
As the store manager he oversees the day-to-day store operations. Tom also plays a role in customer service, answering phone calls, fielding questions and ordering supplies.

Joe has a passion for innovation, swimming pool products, and hot weather. He can help solve almost any problem and is a great resource for any swimming pool related advice. Joe works with current and prospective pool owners to ensure their experience is an enjoyable one and has many recommendations that can save most pool owners time and money.
Joe also works hand in hand with the rest of The Pool Factory staff to deliver quality service and fast delivery in a no pressure, friendly environment.

A product of the pool industry – she received her start in the family business at the age of 8. Nowadays, she works at The Pool Factory as one of the staff’s go-to Above Ground Pool Specialist. When Jennifer is not assisting customers she can be found relaxing by a pool enjoying a Frozen Margarita!

Allen is one of our go to pool experts at The Pool Factory. Most days he can be found helping customers select the right pool for their backyard and has valuable insight for any new pool owner.
When he’s not creating amazing pool packages for our customers he can be found watching the Food Network or binge watching The Walking Dead. He is a huge foodie – loves to cook and always brings us in something to eat!
